The PropertyAssist Services team provides support to users of Land Services Group (LSG) systems between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Customer support includes:

  • assistance with property searching and ordering of products
  • resetting of passwords and changes to usernames and account details
  • assistance in navigating through various menus in PropertyAssist, Property Location Browser, PIERS Online and Property Valuation Listing
  • Payment of accounts over the phone using credit card facilities

In addition, Land Services Group conducts customer support sessions in collaboration with Industry bodies for customers in metropolitan and regional locations. Sessions are focussed on LSG's online solutions including PropertyAssist, Property Location Browser, PIERS Online and Property Valuation Listing but will also cover changes that affect the land administration industry.
