- Delete existing or create additional usernames for your account
- Update contact details eg. Phone, fax and email address, contact name

PropertyAssist News messages are published regularly to:
- Advise customers of scheduled system outages
- Seek customer feedback for various matters
- Promote new service delivery improvements
- Emergency news messages are published to advise customers of any
service delivery delays.
Customers should subscribe
online to receive various LSG communications electronically.
Property Searching by address
Where a unit or house number cannot be found in a street- refer to the Search
Assist menu and
- Enter 999 in the Street Number Field to return all unconventional
street numbers.
- Leave Street Number field blank to return all street numbers.
Property Searching by name
- When searching under a company name always enter Proprietary Limited
as PTY LTD with no full stops.
- Where an ownership has more than 36 titles, an overnight report will
need to be ordered. Requests can be sent to lsg.pahelp@saugov.sa.gov.au
Ordering copies of registered documents
- Documents numbered 7800000 and greater are available to view online
via the Document tab in the Product Ordering
menu
- Where a document is unavailable to view, online customers can select
from alternative delivery methods.
- Unregistered documents can be ordered using the online
Form for Unregistered Docs. and viewed at
101 Grenfell St.
- Requests for copies of unregistered documents should be forwarded
to lsg.pahelp@saugov.sa.gov.au
Ordering Title Register Searches (copies
of Certificates of title) via the Register Search menu
- Facilitates the ordering of up to 20 current titles per order with
the facility to enter a customer reference for each title.
- Title Register Searches and property information details can be purchased
together by entering your agent code in the Property Search
menu.
Ordering cancelled copies of Certificates
of Title
- Cancelled titles can be viewed online via the Title
tab in the Product Ordering menu.
Ordering copies of plans
- Deposited, Strata , Community and Filed plans (Numbered less than
100000) can be downloaded via the Property Search menu.
Enter your searching criteria and then select the survey plan from the
confirmation page.
- Filed Plans numbered greater than 100000 can be ordered via the Plan
tab in the Product Ordering menu. Delivery methods
include email and fax.
- Survey plans can also be downloaded or emailed via the PIERS
Online menu. Your PropertyAssist username and password
must be used to log into PIERS Online
Property Interest Report- for preparation of
a Section 7 statement
- When ordering a Property Interest report, enter all of your agency
details or your private details.
- Where multiple assessments are returned for a specific property, select
the first assessment to complete your order. If you require certificates
for the remaining assessments you will need to contact Land Tax, ESL
and SA Water respectively.
- Related title reports must be ordered in conjunction with the primary
Property Interest Report to avoid ordering full Property Interest Reports
for each related title. Related title reports do not include Land Tax,
ESL and SA Water certificates but do include a Title Register Search.
- Where valuation details have not been linked to a newly created certificate
of title customers may not be able to order a Section 7 statement immediately.

Searching TATS History
A Historical Search of a computerised certificate of title, Volume 5000
and greater, will display documents and their status that affect and have
been registered against the specific title. To view Registrar-General's
notes please refer to a Check Search. |
