Please note: To order a SA Water product for a property you need one of the following references:-

  • Certificate of Title
  • Valuation Number
  • Plan/Parcel reference

Easy Steps

  1. Select Account Customer
    From the PropertyAssist Home Page select the Account Customer option.

  2. Logon
    Enter your Username and Password.

  3. Select Product Ordering from the menu options
    To begin ordering, click on the SA Water tab.

  4. Enter order details
    1. Note, it is mandatory to enter one of the following references into the appropriate field:-
      • Certificate of Title
      • Valuation Number
      • Plan and Parcel reference
    2. Select the type of product to be ordered
    3. Select the preferred delivery method, either Collect or Post
      'Collect' will result in the product being delivered to your LSG Delivery Box, whereas 'POST' will result in the product being delivered by mail.
    4. Enter your Agent Code and SA Water Agency Number.
      If you do not have these codes, you must enter the necessary delivery details into the 'Private Name and Address Details' fields.
      To request an Agent Code and SA Water Agency Number, please contact the PropertyAssist Helpdesk.
    5. Enter Customer Reference
      This is optional but allows for a brief description to be entered to a maximum of 20 characters.

  5. Click on Next to continue

  6. Verify confirmation screen details.
    Verify that the information displayed on the confirmation screen and the cost of order is correct before proceeding.

  7. Note: Once ordered, SA Water products cannot be cancelled - check all details are correct before proceeding with the order.

    To change details:-
    Press the internet browsers back arrow to access the previous screens and re-enter details
    or

    Select Exit at the top of the left hand menu to terminate the request


  8. Click on Order to purchase products.
    Once 'Order' has been selected the order is placed and your account invoiced.

  9. Transaction history
    Select Order History from the Administration menu to view transaction history.

  10. New Order
    Click on 'New Order' to start a fresh order.
    or
    Select Logoff to exit the ordering session and view your order history.
