How to search for a newly lodged plan number in PropertyAssist

Log onto PropertyAssist, go to the Check Search menu and enter the relevant title reference.

PropertyAssist will return a summary of results - a blue hyperlink is provided to view the full details. As per the following screen.

The Check Search will provide the numbers of any documents lodged, eg. RDA or RTU and the plan number under the Registrar-General’s notes. Where the plan number is not provided take the following steps.

Note the document number and go to the Plan Details menu.

Select the Plan Location tab and enter the document number.

PropertyAssist will return the plan number and the location of the plan.
