The number preceding the building type refers to the number of rooms. For example, 6H DCP SP represents a house with 6 main rooms (living areas), a double car port and a swimming pool.

Rural Properties

When a property has more than one house, each house is to be shown separately. For example, 6H 4H represents a property which has a 6 room house and a 4 room house.
