The Check Search option is provided as a free online search to check the title register for any new documents or plans lodged over the property. The search also shows any Registrar-Generals notes affecting the title record.

You will need to know the Certificate of Title reference to use this enquiry.

1. Enter the Volume and Folio numbers for the Certificate of Title.
   
2. Enter your name and a contact phone number. These fields are required to notify you should the search information change and affect the status of the title at the time of your search.
   
3. Enter your own Reference if required. This will appear on the search results page.
   
4. Click on Search to get your information.
