The Plan Index, Enquiry and Retrieval System (PIERS) is available via the logon box below. Plan images cost $7.50 per plan to download, regardless of the number of sheets in the plan.

Availability

Online Services applications are available at the following times (Australian Central Standard Time)

• Account customers: 8am-6pm Monday - Friday,   9am-6pm weekends and public holidays

PIERS Online is available outside these hours by logging on as a “guest” and paying by credit card 7am - 11pm daily (may also be available outside these hours)

To use paid services such as PIERS, you need to log on with your existing LOTS or PropertyAssist username and password.

Otherwise, you can log on as "guest" and use your credit card to purchase our services.
