The Survey Graphic Index is a set of maps showing the approximate location of survey plans as numbered circles. The back of the sheets has an index to the actual survey plan references. Both sides have been scanned as sheet 1 and 2 for each SGI sheet and added to PIERS.

Most Survey Graphic Index sheets can be obtained from PIERS Online, by selecting the 'Survey Graphic Index' plan type and typing in the sheet number eg: 662808b. The list below includes a 'List of Survey Graphic Index Sheets' document that you can download and find out what sheets are available. The other documents are images of maps that were filed with the sheets, showing the breakdown of individual Survey Graphic Index sheets.
