Overview

The Property Valuation Listing is produced by the Land Services Group (LSG). The data contained in the listing is compiled from records held and maintained by LSG.

The 2008/2009 property valuations were determined as at 1 January 2008. This listing has been compiled as at July 2008, when the 2008/2009 property valuations came into force and is limited to the data on the database at that time. It is important to note that the property values and other data items are subject to ongoing amendment and may have been altered since the listing was compiled.

Obtaining a User Code

To subscribe to the Property Valuation Listing, please complete a subscription form

Subscription Fee

An annual subscription fee of $273 (inc. GST) will be payable per usercode to gain access to this listing. Existing users will be contacted to determine whether they wish to access the new listing and arrange for payment of the fee.

Hours of operation

The Property Valuation Listing will be available between 7am-9pm daily.
