Also please note that
Java and Javascript must be enabled for each supported browser. The screen
resolution must be set to a minimum of 800 by 600.

The following steps show how the screen resolution can be set:
1. Right
clicking on the Desktop and selecting Properties option (see Figure
)

Select
the Settings tab (see Figure 2)
3. S
croll the pointer in the Screen are section to the resolution that you want
(Tip: select the highest number that you can with the Colours being
set to True
Color (32 bit)
4 Click
OK when finish

LTO Forms Online generates PDF documents as part of its main function. Therefore, it is a requirement that Acrobat Reader should be configured to display the PDF in the browser window.
