This facility allows you to create and print a series of Document Lodgement Cover sheets. *

Cover sheets contain a unique number that cannot be replicated.

The application uses the Adobe Acrobat file format to deliver the Coversheets via your browser, if you do not have Acrobat or Acrobat Reader installed please use the Acrobat link below to install the Reader prior to using this facility.

Instructions

1. Enter your Agent Code and the Number of Cover sheets required (max 999).
2. Click "Submit" to process the request.
3. A new browser will open (Windows) and a PDF file will be returned containing your Cover sheets.
   Depending on your settings, Mac OS X Users may have the PDF displayed in the Preview Application.
4. From inside Adobe Acrobat - choose Print to print the Cover sheets
   Re-printed or photocopied cover sheets cannot be accepted at lodgement.
5. Close the browser window after printing if required.

* Caveats, Liens, Orders of Court and Warrants of Sale documents and Lease Plans are not to be lodged through the Drop and Go process
