An Authority for Lodgement on Pick-up is required when an incoming Real Property Act (RPA) document requires a muniment of title that has been previously lodged in the Lands Titles Office.

The pick-up slip must be signed by the previous delivery agent and then attached to the RPA document being lodged.

Once printed please cut along centre dotted line and ensure that all the relevant details are completed and the pickup slip is signed by the authorising agent before attaching to the document.
