(Levy Increase)
'Under the provisions of
Section 58 of the Act, the Institution of Surveyors, Australia, South
Australia Division Inc. may with approval from the Minister for Infrastructure,
impose a levy on each plan certified correct and lodged in the Lands Titles
Registration Office.'
The Minister, at the request of the Institute of Surveyors, approved
an increase to the Survey Levy from $51.50 to $53.50 effective form 1
July 2008.
