Land Services Group can provide conducted tours of our offices at 101 Grenfell Street for groups interested in learning about our various functions

Individually tailored office tours are designed to give clients of the Land Services Group improved knowledge and a visual understanding of our processes, practices and procedures.

The Land Services Group regularly conducts office tours relating to:

• Registration process
• Plans and Subdivision
• Surveying and Land Boundaries
• Online applications, including PropertyAssist and PIERS Online
• Searching Facilities
• Historical Records

Tours of the Land Services Group office particularly benefit the Conveyancing, Legal, and Finance industries as well as interest groups, local Government and students studying real estate, conveyancing, valuation, surveying and other land administration fields.

Tours may be of a general nature or tailored to meet the requirements of individual groups, and are facilitated by experienced staff. Tours are offered during office hours and there is no cost involved in attending an office tour.
