PropertyAssist
Provides current land and property information. Conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, solicitors, valuers and other professionals access the site for information necessary to process property transactions.

A public user can access a package of information that includes details of certificate of title, valuation and sales, and building details where applicable.  Users may conduct searches based on address, title reference or plan and parcel identifiers.  Information can be purchased by making a credit card payment.

Property Location Browser
A free map based interface to view land administration boundaries and obtain property identifiers eg. plan reference, parcel number, Certificate of Title, Valuation number and address.

Also displays Place Names, suburbs, area names, postcodes, Local Government areas, Hundreds and Designated Survey Areas.

PIERS Online
Download, view and print images of LTO plans using the Plan Index, Enquiry and Retrieval System (PIERS). Pay by credit card or use your PropertyAssist account

View property valuation listings - requires purchase of an annual licence

Place Names
A simple search tool for obtaining useful place name information from the State Gazetteer

These applications are part of the Land Services Group strategy to provide electronic Land Administration to assist clients in reducing costs while providing an effective and efficient system.
