A range of services are available over the counter from the Customer Service Centre located on the Ground Floor, 101 Grenfell Street, Adelaide. Business hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

• Provide direction and assistance to clients in general matters such as products, services, processes and searching facilities
• Arrange appointments for clients to see Client Advice Officers and Registration Officers for face-to-face lodgement
• Process requests for viewing of unregistered documents. Requests can be made in person at the Customer Service Centre. Alternatively, access via the Internet , fax (08) 8226 3991 or by telephone on (08) 8226 3983
• Provision of prints/copies of plans and maps
• Brochures and publications available on a range of issues
• Enquiries in relation to Sales History, Land Tax and Valuation Data products
•  Assistance with enquiries related to items for delivery eg. Duplicate titles, instruments etc.
• Provision of sales, ownership and valuation land information
  • Provide copies of Register Searches
  • Order Section 7 statements
  • Process account payments
  • Obtain Sales History information
• Process requests for documents to be lodged with Revenue SA, stamped to reflect additional monies loaned and additional duty paid. (up stamping)
• Searching of records, including Certificates of Title, documents, Property Books, (eg, Hundred and Township), and Historical Names Index
• Process written, faxed or emailed requests for certified copies of documents and titles
• Provide access to view and copy Archived Documents, (not located on site). Numbers range from 1 to 2800000. Turnaround time is 48 hours
• View and print microfilmed documents for document numbers 2800001 to 7851561
• Provision of register searches of Certificates of Title
• Provide access to view and copy Imperial and Metric Crown Leases
