The Land Services Group (LSG) has implemented arrangements for the retailing of property sales records in value added information products. In developing these arrangements, LSG was particularly mindful of the requirement for broader access to information, whilst ensuring that Government policies are met. These policies include the privacy of individuals, the security of Government data and downstream control of data access and use. LSG licenses the use of property sales data collected by Government for the purposes of development and commercialisation of value-added property sales products. The organisations listed below are the only organisations licensed to use the data sourced from Government datasets.
