This service is free by arrangement through the Customer Service Centre and by telephone on (08) 8226 3983 during normal Business Hours.

Customer Service staff deal with land related enquiries of a general nature, including products, services, processes and arranging appointments for clients to meet with Client Advice Officers.

The Client Advice Officers provide Registration and Plan advice.

Prior to consulting a Client Advice Officer, clients should refer to Jessup’s Forms and Practice or other Land Services Group’s literature for guidance in the preparation of documents or plans.

Advice can be sought by telephone, post, e-mail, in person or via fax. Client Advice Officers may not always be available at short notice, so to avoid delays, contact the Customer Service Centre or Customer Service staff to arrange a suitable appointment time. Client Advice Officers will not draft documents or pre-examine documentation on your behalf.
