Face to Face Lodgements

Available to professional clients by appointment only and the general public for 'once-off' document lodgements.

This service is offered to allow clients to lodge directly with a Registration Officer in an interview room. It is to be used for all cash transactions and for certain document types, e.g. Caveats, Removal of Caveats, Liens, Orders of Court and Warrants of Sale.

Document Lodgement Counter

Located on the Ground Floor, 101 Grenfell Street Adelaide. Business Hours from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The Document Lodgement Counter provides an unassisted ‘Drop and Go’ facility for professional clients to lodge documents for registration, including returned corrections.  It is suggested that Caveats, Removal of Caveats, Liens, Orders of Court and Warrants of Sale be lodged through the Face to Face facility.

Plan Lodgement Counter

Located on Level 1, 101 Grenfell Street Adelaide. Access is by the staircase adjacent to the Interview Rooms. Business Hours from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  This Plan Lodgement Counter provides:

• An unassisted 'Drop and Go' facility for all plan lodgements
• For the lodgement of plans and associated documents (eg. Community Plans, Plans of Division, Easement Plans and Lease Plans)
• For the lodgement of General Registry Office (GRO) plans
• A location to obtain advice in relation to the preparation of plans for division, easements and for leasing purposes
