Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Surrender of lease as regards the whole of the land in a CT or CL.
Any mortgagee or encumbrancee of the lease (and any mortgagee or encumbrancee of the land) must consent.
If lease being surrendered is subject to an underlease, then the underlease will be preserved and become a lease.
