Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Lodging parties are responsible for ensuring that documents are lodged in the correct sequence together with the numbering of the sequence. If the sequence of documents is incorrect, the lodging party may request (with the appropriate consents) for a document to be temporarily withdrawn. A fee applies for each document to be temporarily withdrawn.
Should the Temporary Withdrawal process be undertaken in a new financial year to that in which the documents were originally lodged, those documents being temporarily withdrawn will become subject to the Registration Fee payable for the new financial year. For example, should a Transfer be lodged in June 2006 with a registration fee of $101, and then be temporarily withdrawn in July 2006, registration will not occur until the Transfer has fees paid upon it applicable to the 2006/2007 Financial year.
