Purpose:
Underlease of portion of lease. The portion being underleased must be identified precisely by reference to the appropriate plan.
An underlease must not absorb the whole term of the head lease. Where multiple underlessors (more than one head lease) and one underlessee is required, clients should prepare a separate Underlease document for each individual underlease to be granted. Should a document be prepared disclosing multiple underlessors and one underlessee then it will be assigned one number per head lease and charged one registration fee per number
