Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Warrant of Sale against a CT or CL. The noting of the warrant acts as a caveat for six months from the date of its receipt by the Registrar-General. A warrant can only be noted against the estate of a registered proprietor or crown lessee who is the identical person in the warrant.
