Purpose:
Application to note the withdrawal/satisfaction of a Warrant of Sale. As a narrative style document the wording will vary depending on whether the warrant has been satisfied or the application is to withdraw the warrant. The application can be used for various scenarios including to withdraw a warrant from one of several titles, only as regards an allotment in a plan of division or as regards the interest of one of several proprietors
