• To be lodged where the amendment does not involve the division of a development lot or changes to the extent of the Community Plan.
• The application must be assessed for stamp duties purposes prior to be lodged in the LTO.
• The amended plan may be pre-lodged.
• If the Lot entitlements have changed, a new Schedule of Lot Entitlements must accompany the application.

• To be lodged where the amendment involves changing the extent of the Community Plan by the removal of land or the addition of portion of an allotment.
• The AP-D is linked to the number of the Community Plan being amended and the applicable deposited plan.
• The application must be assessed for stamp duties prior to being lodged in the LTO.
• The amended Community plan and the Deposited plan may be pre-lodged.
• If the Lot entitlements have changed, a new Schedule of Lot Entitlements must accompany the application.

AP6 Amendment to a Deposited Strata Plan (Prefix AP-D)

• The amended plan and the Deposited plan may be pre-lodged.
• If the unit entitlements have changed, a new Schedule of Unit Entitlements must accomany the application.
