Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Withdrawal of a Registrar-General's caveat as regards the whole of the land in a CT or CL. Generally lodged once the documentation is also lodged for the land to be acquired by the authority or transferred to the authority.
The application for withdrawal must be made either by the Authority or a person authorized to do so by the Authority.
