Lodgement Notes
The following is a guide for lodging a plan in the GRO.
- Original Plan is produced at Plan Lodgement Counter of Lands Titles Office for examination
- Internal Tracking Number allocated (LX) to plan for Lodging Agent
- Plan examined
- If plan is acceptable it is approved and the Lodging Agent notified of approval
- Upon receipt of fees at the Plan Lodgement Counter, the plan is allocated a GRO number and deposited in the GRO system
- The plan will be available from SAILIS at a later date
- The Title is noted
- Memorandum of deposit details are sent to the Lodging Agent
- Lease Plans are to be lodged as Filed Plans
