Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Notice of the compulsory acquisition of a subsidiary interest such as a lease or mortgage by an Authority. ( eg mortgage, lease, etc.) The Notice must be preceded by a "Notice of Intention to Acquire" (prefix XX), which is required to be served upon the Registrar-General and who must enter a Registrar-General's caveat against the relevant CT's or CL's.
