Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Application to note an Agreement made between the registered proprietor and an Authority pursuant to an Act. eg Land Management Agreement pursuant to the Development Act, Forest Property Agreement pursuant to the Forest Property Act. If the agreement states it is a deed or conveyance, it should be submitted to Revenue SA for stamp duty assessment.
Subsequent dealings are required to disclose the Agreement in the Encumbrance panel.
