Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Bankruptcy is a transmission of a freehold estate or estate as Crown Lessee to a Trustee (for dealings with Deceased Debtor or Deed of Assignment, refer Forms and Practice).
One document should be used for each proprietor to be disclosed as a bankrupt regardless of the number of titles or estates/interests affected. Should a document be prepared disclosing more than one proprietor to be registered as a bankrupt then it will be assigned one number per proprietor and charged one registration fee per number.
