Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
LF1 Form is to be attached to the By-laws, Scheme Description or Development Contract to be filed with the Community Plan.
By-laws document sets out the rules that govern the scheme.
Scheme Description provides an overall view of how the scheme is to be developed and the end result.
Development Contract is a binding obligation for the developer to complete the scheme in accordance with the Scheme Description.
