Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Letter received by Lands Titles Office (Amendments Section) from Local Government authority declaring N.U.A. land to be a public road pursuant to Section 210 of the Local Government Act 1999. Amendments Section prepare a G.R.O. Memorial which is registered and the appropriate records noted.
Amendments Section prepares a Notification document with the authority's letter attached. LTO records are noted, Notification registered and new Titles created in accordance with the instructions provided.
