Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Extends the term of an underlease and allows for the conditions to be altered. Extension of underlease can be lodged up to 2 months after the date of expiry of the underlease - see Note.
An extension of an underlease does not vary the extent of the land being leased.
Note: The underlease will appear on a register search of a TATS title for a period of 90 days after expiration of the underlease.
