Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Miscellaneous Advance or Charge of a freehold estate/estate as Crown Lessee. Various acts impose a charge on land or in some manner affect land or interests therein. The prefix MA is used when an endorsement will appear on the duplicate title or a new TATS title edition is to be created.
Examples are charges lodged under:
