Purpose:
Surrender of an underlease as regards portion of the land in a CT or CL.
An example includes instances where an easement is to be created and only the rights and liberties are to be surrendered.
- Any mortgagee or encumbrancee of the underlease (or any mortgagee or encumbrancee of the lease) must consent
