Lodgement Notes

• No document or plan fees are charged for amalgamation in the Mt Lofty Catchment area.
• After amalgamation the new allotment must be subject to the same encumbrances, therefore it may be necessary to lodge collateral documents. It is allowable for certain documents to cover portion of the new allotment. Eg Leases or Heritage Agreements.
• Must be certified correct only if the appurtenance of an easement is being extended. (See Notice to Lodging Parties 189)
