A manual on the Strata Titles Act 1988 for the Strata Manager, Conveyancer, Surveyor and unit owner.

Note:  This is an historical document only - the information, opinions and advice are based on the law in force as at April 1994.

The manual was originally conceived to address difficulties encountered by parties involved in strata development in understanding the Strata Titles Act and the requirements of the Lands Titles Registration Office when developing a scheme.  It is designed to be a useful reference manual (not a legal opinion on the interpretation of the Act) and should be used accordingly.
