Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
The Local Government provides for the revocation of the classification of community land subject to certain procedures and exceptions. If a CT has a dedication, reservation or trust noted on it, the council must give notice of the revocation to the Registrar-General who will then issue a new title. No LTO fee is charged on the RT for the notification and no new title fee is payable.
