Purpose:
Transfer of Encumbrance. May be included in a T1 or T2 in conjunction with the transfer of a freehold or Crown Leasehold estate provided that the identity of the transferor and transferee are identical.
One registration fee per document however the number of titles affected should be limited to 50.
