Purpose:
Transmission application by personal representatives-of the Registered Proprietor or Crown Lessee.
If the Registered Proprietor died between 23 October 1876 and 25 October 1893, or between 16 November 1927 and 1 January 1980, the document must be submitted to Revenue SA for payment of Succession Duties.
