Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Withdrawal of a caveat as regards the whole of the land in a CT or CL.. The caveator must execute the withdrawal of caveat. Although an agent can execute a caveat on behalf of the caveator the agent cannot withdraw.
As opposed to a caveat, the withdrawal document must be executed by the Caveator, not their agent.
