Lodgement Notes
- To be lodged where the amendment does not involve changing the extent of the strata plan by the removal of land or the addition of portion of an allotment.
- Application must be assessed for stamp duties purposes prior to being lodged in the LTO.
- The amended plan must be lodged with the application.
