Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Application for the cancellation of a Strata Plan pursuant to an:
- Application made by the Strata Corporation
- Order of Court
Only one plan may be cancelled per application. A Filed Plan defining the allotment created by the cancellation may need to be lodged if the resultant original land is not uniquely identified. Consenting parties must complete panel form CS1 consent
