Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
A Caveat is lodged against a the Registered Proprietor or Crown Lessee of a CT or CL. The caveat includes a statement of the estate or interest being claimed in the CT or CL.
Due to the legal implications of this document it is strongly advised that legal advice be sought before lodgement.
