Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
The purpose of this document is to discharge an Encumbrance over the whole of the land in a CT or CL. Where a discharge is releasing an encumbrance over only one of the CT's or CL's subject to the Encumbrance, the prefix of DE (not PE) still applies.
