Purpose:
The form D1 is a single page document and the form D2 is a two-page document, suitable for where there are numerous mortgagees.
Where a discharge is releasing a Mortgage over only one of the CT's or CL's subject to the Mortgage, the prefix of DM (not PM) still applies.
