Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Extends the term of a lease and allows for the conditions to be altered/varied. Extension of lease can be lodged up to 2 months after the date of expiry of the lease - see Note.
An extension of Lease does not vary the extent of the land being leased.
Note: The lease will appear on a register search of a TATS title for a period of 90 days after expiration of the lease.
