Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Notice of Lien is lodged by a worker against a CT or CL where manual work done or services provided to the land or any fixture thereon pursuant to a contract with the registered proprietor or crown lessee have not been paid for.
An action must be commenced in the relevant court within 14 days of lodgement.
