Purpose:
Application to note Order of Court -for a freehold estate/estate as crown lessee. This document appears as an endorsement against the relevant title and appoints an administrator/manager.
Example:
Order of Court appointing Fred Smith of 500 King William Street Adelaide 5000 as the Manager of Fiona Mary Smith a protected person under the Aged and Infirm Persons' Property Act, 1940.
