Purpose:
Partial Discharge of Mortgage, examples include instances where an easement is to be created and only the rights and liberties are to be discharged, to release the personal liability of an mortgagor or to release portion of the land in a CT or CL from the Mortgage. (Eg to discharge a mortgage from an allotment in a title that contains multiple allotments).
